Villa Sariel
A privately owned Antigua villa rental in a superb peaceful location with magnificent views over Falmouth Harbour.
The villa has it's own large private pool, a very large sundeck with a 7 seater jacuzzi, a gazebo with bar billiards & a bar area with BBQ.
Spacious shaded seating area and alfresco dining on a covered patio overlooking the pool and view.
Our Antigua villa has flexible accommodation, I.E. It is available with any number of bedrooms from 2 to 6 depending on the size and mix of your group.
The maximum number that can be accommodated is 18. This would necessitate the use of bunk beds and double beds.
The Villa has FREE WiFi internet access.
Maid service is included. We also have a laundry room with a washer & dryer for your use.

Your Accomodation
The Lodge - onsite at the Academy - offers accommodation in one acre of beautiful gardens on the waterfront, within easy walking distance of all marinas in English & Falmouth Harbours. There is also ample off road parking.
We have our own dock which is great for swimming off, and can berth your boat or rib.
As we are now a Watersports Centre, guests have the opportunity to use the sailing dinghies, and other watersports equipment - such as kayaks and paddle boards - free of charge by arrangement or, should they wish to learn to sail, we can offer tuition by RYA qualified instructors.
The accommodation consists of:
3 rooms, double or twin, with shared bathroom;
3 self contained apartments, double or twin, with ensuite bathrooms and compact kitchens.
1 self-contained cottage with ensuite bathroom and compact kitchen.
All rooms have fans, AC, refrigerators and Wi-Fi access.
Maid service twice per week is included.
Rates:
Winter: (December to May)
Rooms: U$85 per night/U$525 week.
Apartments: U$110 night/U$700 week.
Cottage: U$130 night/U$840 week.
Summer: June to November
Rooms: U$60 per night/U$315 week.

The Lodge English Harbour
Spacious beach front Villa with stunning views across Falmouth Harbour. 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6) all en - suite . Pelican House has a large pool and over an acre of garden with direct access to the beach. Set in the peaceful Turtle Bay area but within 10 minutes drive of the many bars and restaurants of English Harbour.
The Villa has been designed so that every room has a view of the ocean. An outdoor covered seating area allows you to dine in the shade whilst watching the boats drift by. The large living room has fabulous views of the Harbour. The living room doors fold back to create an enormous indoor / outdoor living space. The kitchen is well equipped and we also provide a cool box so that you can pack a picnic and go off and explore the islands amazing beaches. Free Wi-Fi. Housekeeping service once a week.
